SAFE-T-LAUNCH innovatively provides a separate on-demand loading component that increases production capacity by "launching" a vehicle at a slightly faster integrated speed onto the production conveyor that moves the gliding floor through the washing & drying process. The benefit is to enhance the loading process by saving time and increasing volume. Operators that occasionally need to prep vehicles prior to washing love the flexibility of controlled loading that eliminates costly delays.
It's the most significant design breakthrough in over 40-years!  The SAFE-T-LAUNCH is a separate variable-speed loading conveyor that seamlessly integrates with the production conveyor for enhanced efficacy by smoothly joining a stationary vehicle onto a faster moving process. Conventional conveyors require waiting for a roller-up activation for a random series of pushes that rolls the vehicle through the process.  And although the wait slowdown is slight, the time adds up and throughput is often compromised.
